TIME

We believe so much in our ability to automate, we give every employee at least 10 hours/week back to spend outside the office. Because every Clutch employee works under 30 hours per week, we structure our pay so no one is penalized financially for working less than 40 hours/week.

FLEXIBILITY

Work days take on a flexible structure for all employees. Some of us do our best work when we’re able to focus for a full 8 hours. Some of us are more productive when we can focus for a couple hours, go for a run or to a yoga class and then dive back in, while others take meetings while enjoying some fresh air and a walk.

GROWTH

Every employee is given funds to support growth in an area of personal interest annually. No questions asked. We’re each responsible for managing ourselves in a way that keeps us fulfilled and gets our clients the best results possible.

Additionally, the work we do with underserved communities allow our team to grow and expand within their careers. They’re able to take on bigger roles that stretch their wings and are eventually able to transition those skills over to our paid projects.
